The 4th Global Biennial Small States Conference took place in the Seychelles on May 12 to 13 2016. The theme was “Achieving a resilient future for small states”, focusing on the challenges faced by small states and the possible solutions. Developmental challenges were discussed among the younger representatives which resulted in the reoccurring point of holding the governments accountable.
