Keynote speakers are eminent practitioners in the field of distance education: Prof Asha Kanwar (President and CEO, Commonwealth of Learning – COL, Canada), Prof Mpine Makoe (Unisa), Prof Jessica Aguti (Makerere University), Prof Meoli Kashorda (Executive Director of Kenya Education Network (KENET) and Prof Linda van Ryneveld (Head of the Comprehensive Online Education Services, University of Pretoria).
