The Commonwealth of Learning has collaborated with the Pacific Centre for Flexible and Open Learning for Development (PACFOLD) at the University of the South Pacific to develop a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) entitled ‘Functional Numeracy’

This course covers topics on mathematics for everyday life and generally targets those at Level / Grade 10 or higher. This includes order of operations, fractions and percentages, geometry, data analysis, and chance and uncertainty. The MOOC will begin on 3 February 2020 and continue for a five-week period. A certificate of completion will be awarded for those learners who pass (50%) both quizzes.
