Global Trends in OER: What is the Future?

Open Educational Resources (OERs) are any educational materials, which are available on an open license or in the public domain that may be freely accessed, copied, re-used, adapted and shared (UNESCO, 2016, p. 2).

Professor Asha Kanwar, President & CEO Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and Dr. Sanjaya Mishra, Education Specialist: eLearning, explore global trends in OERs and share their thoughts on the future.
