The Adviser: Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) provides technical expertise in technology-enabled learning to Commonwealth governments, institutions and civil society organisations to promote access to quality education across the Commonwealth and promotes appropriate solutions to advance COL’s outcomes and impact.
This is a three-year appointment.
The person must: be a citizen of a Commonwealth country, with ability to network across multilateral organisations and to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds; have the ability to exercise professional judgment and diplomacy; and, be able to work in a team while representing COL’s interests internally and externally.
